Cold
air vents, are for older houses, they are customized by the actual size needed. They are
available with a frame and you insert them into the floor, "cut" into , so they are "flush
mount" (level with the floor as shown at left) or they can be "self rimming"
(sits on top of the wood floor like a normal metal vent).
Base
vents are available in any size or wood and are unfinished. Call us for pricing and
availability, they are not stocked.
Wood
air vents can be either "flush mount" (shown at left) or "self rimming" (shown
at right). These terms are explained in the cold air vents section above.
